Add Trust Indicators to Your Website

One of the primary questions a prospective client is going to ask themselves when reviewing your website is “Can I trust this advisor?” In other industries, client testimonials and review sites help answer this question. Since these are not an option in financial services, you can help build trust by highlighting professional accreditations and associations on your website. This can be as simple as including logos of your various affiliations.

P.S. Our clients often will showcase logos for NAPFA, FPA, DFA, Fee-Only, CFP®, and custodial relationships on their websites to serve as trust indicators. Just make sure to check an organization’s logo usage policies before you add their logo to your site.
