Standardize Your Identity with Brand Guidelines
As we discussed in Week 4, your brand is your firm’s identity—it communicates your personality and shapes a prospective client’s perception. For this reason, it is critical that your brand is consistently implemented across all mediums. To achieve this, have your marketing agency create brand guidelines for your firm. This document can be as simple as a single sheet that catalogs your firm’s colors, logos, and fonts, or it can be a multi-page document providing detailed guidelines on implementing the brand. Share this document with all designers, printers, and marketing professionals you work with to ensure your financial advisory firm is presenting a consistent brand image.
