Map the Client Journey
If you followed and implemented the weekly tips we’ve sent so far this year, you are nearly done with what we call the Framework module of your marketing strategy. The tips through the rest of the year will focus on brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion strategies. To help you focus on what to do next, spend a day with your team mapping the client journey. This will help you identify the journey a client takes to hire your firm. Working through this exercise will provide you with a roadmap for the strategies to implement next, essentially creating your marketing plan.
