Engage Your Staff in the Marketing Process

With a client journey map in place, you now have a plan of action for the marketing initiatives you need to implement. Marketing is a firmwide effort, so you will want to recruit staff members to help. People will be most effective in marketing when they focus on the tasks that they have a natural affinity for. Survey your staff to understand their marketing preferences and time availability. Then engage them to help execute on those areas of the client journey map that are a fit for them.
