Map Out the Sales Process

Before you start any new lead generation initiatives, you should first perfect the sales process. The best marketing campaigns in the world won’t do you a bit of good if you can’t convert qualified prospects into clients during the sales process. Having a standardized process, including regularly scheduled check-in points and communication templates, will reduce the likelihood that a prospect will fall through the cracks.
