We follow a quarterly cadence to make marketing planning easier and more effective. This means your tactical plan always starts at the beginning of a new calendar quarter.
That said, you can begin your initial annual strategy at any time during the year. If you start mid-quarter, we’ll adjust the process slightly so your plan fits smoothly within the quarterly cycle.
No. The $2,500 annual planning fee is a one-time payment for creating your initial strategy and setup. The $500/month subscription is billed separately and begins once your ongoing support starts at the beginning of a calendar quarter.
The monthly support requires a one-year commitment, which means completing four full calendar quarters. Time spent in the initial planning phase does not count toward this annual commitment.
At the end of your first year, you can recommit for another annual cycle at the then-current monthly pricing (currently $500/month). Renewals are annual commitments, though payments are made monthly.
Before the first quarter of your new contract cycle, you’ll meet with a consultant for an annual planning session and update your annual strategy for the year ahead. This session is included when you renew your subscription.
Unless your subscription lapses or you make significant changes to your ideal client profile, you won’t need to pay the one-time $2,500 setup fee again.

The Annual Marketing Plan service is designed to be strategic and tactical—it does not include implementation. As an active client, you can contract Kaleido Creative Studio for a la carte project work if availability allows. We can also connect you with trusted partners who can help with implementation based on your budget and needs.
No. To create an effective plan, you’ll need to define one clear ideal client (for example, pre-retirees with at least $500,000 or people within 30 miles of our office who have $1 million and want basic financial planning).
We don’t create separate plans for completely different audiences, such as business owners, widows, and pre-retirees, all at once. If you’re interested in pursuing a multi-niche marketing approach, we recommend our sister program, OnNiche®.
Defining your ideal client is essential for using this program effectively. If you don’t already have clarity on who you want to attract, you’ll need to establish this before we can create your marketing plan.
